As a Holistic Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I’m here to help you navigate and make sense of your feelings, behaviours, and life challenges. Together, we’ll work towards a deeper understanding of yourself, creating balance between your mind, body, and soul—because all three are interconnected.
You might be feeling stuck in patterns like overeating, difficulty sleeping, or disconnecting from friends, family or even yourself. Perhaps you’re carrying the weight of past experiences, or the present feels overwhelming and stressful. Maybe you’re navigating grief—whether it’s the loss of someone, something, or even a part of yourself.
I work with you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, helping you recognise and transform patterns that may be holding you back physically, emotionally, or mentally. Therapy can help you manage complex feelings like anxiety, depression, guilt, sadness, isolation, confusion, anger, or low self-esteem, guiding you towards greater clarity and balance.
In addition to traditional counselling, I offer unique approaches like ‘Walk & Talk’ therapy and energy psychology techniques to help process and release trauma, weightloss and disordered eating.

I use empathy, humour, and authenticity to create a relaxed, supportive environment. While I’ll always offer plenty of encouragement, I’m also here to provide honest, gentle guidance—sometimes with a healthy dose of reality when needed.
